1 Mescolare bene il prodotto

2 Prendere un recipiente (anche in plastica), mettervi lo smalto e il catalizzatore in proporzione (per la catalisi vedi: catalisi dello smalto!) e mescolare bene

3 Scegliere la dimensione dell’ago da utilizzare e applicarlo alla siringa

4 Versare la miscela di smalto e catalizzatore, dovutamente mescolata, nella siringa

5 Attaccare la siringa all’apposito attacco del dosatore per smalto

6 Regolare la pressione di lavoro (vedi istruzioni dosatore per smalto)

7 Iniziare il lavoro distribuendo lo smalto nei punti prescelti

8 Per la lavorazione dello smalto da levigare, si consiglia di portare, se il materiale lo consente, il pezzo ad una temperatura di circa 60/70°C, per eliminare le eventuali bolle d’aria create in lavorazione (per la lavorazione in piano è disponibile la piastra riscaldante da banco)

9 Finita l’applicazione, mettere i pezzi in forno ad una temperatura massima di 80/90° C (se sono comparse bolle d’aria si consiglia di fiammare i pezzi prima di inserirli in forno).


Thoroughly degrease items for enamelling. Any greasy residue reduces the adherence of the enamel. You can use various types of degreasing agent such as alcohol, cellulose thinner, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.
Rinse the pieces with water and dry well. It is recommended to gently heat the item to make it easier and quicker to distribute the enamel.

Enamel Catalysis
The enamel can be worked for around 60 minutes, therefore we advise that you catalyze only the amount of product that will be used

The enamel polymerization takes place at a temperature of between 22°C and 90°C.

Pieces decorated with enamel can be air-dried. If you want to air-dry the piece coloured with the enamel, an ambient temperature of not less than 18°C and a humidity level that is not excessively high is required (just comply with the climatic and environmental conditions necessary in the normal course of work activities envisaged for staff). If you choose this drying process, sufficient polymerization is achieved after around 24 hours. However the scratch resistance of the colour increases over time, with the maximum level reached after around 72 hours.

To accelerate the process of polymerization, you can dry the product painted with enamel by putting it in the oven according to the following table:

The temperatures correspond to the temperature of the object. However we advise you to check the temperature in each individual case to obtain adequate polymerization.

Once the complete polymerization of the enamelled decoration has been achieved, you can go ahead with any subsequent processes:

●   Application of transfer sheets to create textures and motifs

●   Sandpapering and polishing (after at least 24 hours)
