BICOMPONENT EPOXY PAINT PEARLESCENT BRONZE COLOR
To be used with AM 85 POLISHED CATALYST or with AM 790 MATT CATALYST (See labeling).
Dilutable with the following diluents / solvents: DT 810 EPOXY THINNER, DT 860 STRECHING THINNER, DT 825 THINNER FOR PLASTIC MATERIALS.
It is possible to obtain metallic colors of various colors by adding concentrated DAB dyes or adding PCO covering pastes.
It can be mixed with all other BGS and / or BMT series products.

CHEMICAL-PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The paints are produced by selecting raw materials, in order to offer high standards relatively for adhesion on the support; scratch resistance; resistance to ultraviolet irradiation; resistance to attack by acids and alkalis; resistance to perfumes and solvents; resistance to washing in the dishwasher.
Most of the paints produced are tested by external laboratories, according to EN, UNI and ISO standards to verify the current quality standard and chemical-physical behavior. Eg:
UNI EN 71 (Safety of toys):
This standard also includes specific requirements for toys for children under 3 years of age, for children under 18 months and for children. The directive was introduced to ensure a higher level of safety for toys and to protect children who use them.
UNI EN 1811: 2011 (Heavy metal release):
The standard regulates the maximum quantity of releasable nickel in contact with the skin from metal objects. The tests carried out guarantee the reliability of the products made.
UNI EN 12875-1: 2005 (dishwasher resistance test):
Mechanical resistance to dishwasher washing of tools.
DM 21/03/1973 (Suitability for contact with food products):
Visa Color products used to coat items that contain food are certified according to current regulations. In fact, following tests carried out in the accredited laboratory, they were suitable to come into contact with “acid food products”, “food products containing alcohol up to 50% v / v” for prolonged periods and with “food products based on fat substances” .
